What to expect after purchase:

Your product(s) will become downloadable immediately after purchase, through your audioexcite.net account. If for any reason you experience a technical problem, please let us know by email at myaudioexcite@gmail.com, as soon as is convenient.

Confidentiality Promise:

We will never pass any of your personal or contact details to third parties or use them for anything other than notifying you of Audio Excite product releases or news.

Transaction Security:

This website uses HTTPS-level encryption and technology to prevent hacking. In addition, none of your financial details are stored on-site (by legal requirement of our card services provider). All financial transactions and records of bank details etc are held with the payment services provider, under banking-level encryption and never revealed to us.

What will appear on your card statement?

Any products or services provided to you by AudioExcite are logged on your card/bank statement as ‘Dwyer Media’.

Returns policy:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Audio Excite, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do whatever we can to solver the problem.

Otherwise, any queries you may have relating to your transaction can be taken up with our card services provider (Payment Support at CCBill.com), who will assess on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund is the appropriate course of action.
